Responsibilities

  1. Provide assessments of client investment allocations
  2. Assist in the management of investment systems including developing client investment recomemendations
  3. Peform analysis of clients finiancial situation for financial planning purposes
  4. Manage systems created for client contacts and prospects. Including emails, social media, newsletters, mailings, etc.
  5. Maintain and assist in creation and distribution of updated marketing materials
  6. Willing to learn and become proficient at all operatonal systems currently used by The Carta Group (eMoney, Redtail, YCharts, FI360, Morningstar, FMG Suite)
  7. Work closely with Carta Group members to ensure all incoming client service requests are handled in a timely and accurate fashion
  8. Maintain neat, timely and accurate records for regulatory and business purposes.
  9. Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: College Degree in the area of Finance or Business.
  • Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills; intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel,Power Point and email systems skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience

Hours:40 hours/week

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
