Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Vanderbilt. This location was formed in 2015 to address the primary care needs of families and individuals in their own neighborhoods. Keeping families and individuals healthy and helping each New Yorker to live their healthiest life is the reason why we feel it is so important to provide services in as many communities as possible.
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
- Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Possess or be eligible for a New York State License
