Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Liverpool, NY. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, potting, brazing/welding, processing, machining, and material handling.
- Design arrangements of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.
- Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for fabricating tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
- Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
- Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
- Develops manufacturing processes that apply to statistical process control and develop those techniques.
- Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques best.
- Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations.

Pay: $45.00 Hourly OT40
Hours: 5/40-1st Shift
Length: Temporary (12 Months)

- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing Engineering Experience.
- Knowledge of design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, potting, brazing/welding, processing, machining, and material handling.
