As a Senior Partnerships Manager with PAR's digital order solution, MENU, you will take a cross functional leadership role within the organization. Collaborating across functions in a highly matrixed environment, you will steer the management and launch of new partnership opportunities to drive growth and engagement with PAR MENU products and services. This will include deepening your understanding of partners' businesses, establishing robust alignments, and fostering the growth of partner-driven revenue. Your responsibilities extend to providing the management team with comprehensive business and technical insights, facilitating informed decision-making. Leveraging an in-depth understanding of the restaurant industry landscape, you will proactively manage and cultivate successful partnership opportunities, drawing on your robust analytical skills, API integration expertise, and sound business judgment. As an independent and cross-functional leader, you excel in managing multiple projects concurrently, contributing significantly to the success and expansion of our partnership's portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy and Management
    • Take a leadership role in implementing partnership strategies, executing launches, managing ongoing initiatives, and achieving revenue targets
    • Provide support and mentoring for Partner Manager(s) and develop processes and resources to support ongoing success of the Partnership Team
    • Manage and oversee SaaS (Reveal, SFDC, etc.) for internal operations, directing the optimization of partner operations and systems to drive business development tracking and reporting against KPIs including managing development and implementation of any new cross-enterprise software and platforms
  • Partner Integrations
    • Oversee end-to-end integration project management for Alliance Partners, from defining project scope to Statement of Work (SOW) creation and successful project completion with Product Management from PAR MENU
    • Implement strategies and processes to enhance the value proposition and partner/integrator experience, ensuring sustained success throughout the partnership lifecycle
    • Work with international (internal and external) cross-functional teams outside of regular working hours to create agendas, coordinate resources and provide consolidated communications around project plans and follow-up with integration partners to ensure that project stays on agreed upon timeline
  • Go-to-Market Leadership and Revenue Generation
    • Strategically drive partner referred and influenced opportunities to exceed revenue targets for PAR MENU through our Alliance partner network
    • Lead partner launch strategy and cross-functional management of sales, marketing, enablement, and product teams to define a joint go-to-market strategy and support field engagement
    • Implement robust reporting mechanisms, diligently tracking and optimizing partner-referred and influenced revenue streams to enhance the effectiveness of our Alliance partnerships.
  • Thought Leadership and Industry Relationships
    • Strategically expand partnership strategy and portfolio into new business verticals
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial alliances
    • Represent the company as a thought leader in partnerships and alliances, actively participating in internal leadership development programs and industry events and forums

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in partnerships, product management and/or client management (preferably at a technology company)
  • Restaurant technology experience highly preferred
  • This role requires communication with global partners; very strong preference for candidates based on EST, with additional consideration for candidates on CST.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from start to finish
  • Experience building consensus among cross-functional teams and influencing decision making with senior-level audiences
  • Ability to own and manage top Alliance partner relationships and own strategic goals and KPIs with partners
  • Comfortable building and managing reports, validating data and accuracy of data and assumptions
  • Proficient in Jira, Aha!, Salesforce and Reveal

The base salary range for this position is $120K-$130K USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
