Position Title: Sr HCM Analyst - SuccessFactors

Location: Hershey, PA

Summary:

HR at Hershey has shifted from a high touch, HRBP enabled delivery model for annual processes, to a self-service model enabled through technology and streamlined, user-focused processes. We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented HCM Sr. Support Specialist with expertise in Recruiting, Employee Central & Onboarding. This team member will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and managing our SuccessFactors HCM system to enhance talent acquisition, employee management & onboarding processes.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

System Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, as well as integrated systems like DocuSign, Eightfold and others, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements.

Integration and Data Migration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems.
  • Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of employee data including mergers & acquisitions.

User Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, HR staff, and hiring managers on SuccessFactors Recruiting , Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, as well as integrated systems like DocuSign, Eightfold and others.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related inquiries.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure that the SuccessFactors system is compliant with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.

HR Project Delivery:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & key end users to clearly define requirements aligned HR processes & user experience.
  • Process leadership to assure technology projects deliver within Hershey standards for technology implementation, consulting with cross-functional business experts as needed.
  • Support technical documentation of project either by the creation of documents and/or reviewing third party documents, including necessary data.

Minimum Knowledge/Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors Recruiting, Employee Central, Onboarding modules.
  • Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting, Employee Central, and Reporting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills preferred

Education:

  • B.S. Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes.
