We have an exciting opening for a motivated Intern, Talent Acquisition & Development in our New York office.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist with summer associate work allocation assignment system (upload final work product; ensure complete and accurate work records);
  • Assist with event logistics for training programs and social events (prepare and track invitations; confirm catering orders, room setup, partner with in-house support services to coordinate summer program training materials etc.);
  • Assist, set-up, and coordinate callback interview logistics and correspondence (utilize the firm's recruiting database portal page, prepare interview day logistics etc.); and
  • Update candidate statuses in recruiting database; track and assist with candidate follow-up efforts.

Proficiencies:

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task;
  • Must have positive attitude and be a team player;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferred); and
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred).

The hourly wage that we expect to pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
